AMOLED is the default on 47 mm and 51 mm models. True blacks, vivid maps, always-on mode. Solar edition keeps MIP for maximum battery life.
Trade-off: AMOLED wins indoors, at night, and for glanceable maps. MIP Solar wins on multi-day ultras where charging isn't possible. Fenix 8 lets you choose by variant.
Speaker & Microphone
