To use Amazon Alexa on the watch, you need to connect it through the Reflex app and log in with your Amazon account. Notification mirroring for WhatsApp, Instagram, Gmail, and other third-party apps requires the relevant permissions to be granted in the Reflex app settings.

The health suite on the Astro Pro 2 covers the full standard set of wellness metrics: 24/7 heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen (SpO₂) spot-checking, comprehensive sleep tracking, stress measurement using heart rate variability, step counting, calorie burn estimates, and distance tracking. Sleep analysis breaks down sleep into light sleep, deep sleep, and REM cycles for a detailed overnight picture. A guided breathing exercise feature is accessible directly from the watch for on-the-go stress relief.

All health data is synced to the Fastrack Reflex app where users can see trend graphs, weekly summaries, and long-term health history. Female cycle tracking is included for menstrual health monitoring. Health metric accuracy is in line with the segment standard — reliable for fitness and lifestyle trend tracking, but not suitable for clinical or medical-grade monitoring.

Continuous heart rate monitoring is the most battery-intensive health feature. Switching from all-day continuous HR to manual on-demand HR measurement is the most effective single action to extend battery life significantly beyond the 7-day rated figure. Calorie and distance estimates are derived from the accelerometer and HR sensor combination, and may vary from GPS-measured references by a small margin.
