Key Features

🖥️
1.43" AMOLED with AOD
The Vertex Plus features a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with 466×466 pixel resolution — delivering a pixel density of approximately 326 PPI. The panel produces deep blacks, vivid colours, and crisp text rendering across watch faces, health dashboards, and notifications. Always-On Display (AOD) is supported, leveraging AMOLED's selective pixel illumination to keep time visible on the wrist without fully waking the screen.
🔘
Rotating Crown Navigation
The Vertex Plus features a physical rotating crown — a navigation mechanism typically found on premium smartwatches. Rotating the crown scrolls through menus, adjusts settings, and navigates between watch faces without needing to smudge the touchscreen. This makes one-handed use considerably more practical, especially during workouts when hands may be sweaty. The crown provides tactile, precise control over the watch's UI.
Stainless Steel Build + Metal Bracelet
The defining characteristic of the Vertex Plus is its stainless steel case and metal link bracelet strap — a premium construction that elevates it well above the typical silicone-strap budget smartwatch. The stainless steel finish reads as a dress watch in professional settings, and the metal bracelet is interchangeable with standard 22mm straps. Available in classic Silver and Black colourways.
📞
TruSync™ Bluetooth Calling
Noise's TruSync framework on the Vertex Plus uses single-chip Bluetooth 5.3 for stable, energy-efficient calling. Calls are handled through the built-in microphone and speaker, with caller name display, call answer/reject, and contact access from the watch face. Quick Replies — pre-set text responses sendable directly from the watch — are supported, allowing basic message replies without reaching for the phone.
🏃
100+ Sports Modes
A comprehensive range of sports tracking modes including running, cycling, swimming, yoga, strength training, badminton, basketball, cricket, and more. Each mode tracks session duration, heart rate, calories burned, and mode-specific metrics synced to the NoiseFit App. Auto sports detection can recognise and start tracking walks and runs without manual input, though manual workout selection is recommended for full accuracy across all 100+ modes.
🧠
Smart Gestures & Controls
The Vertex Plus supports smart gesture controls alongside the rotating crown: double-tap to wake the screen, palm-cover to dismiss it, and wrist-raise wake. These interaction modes make the watch usable without pressing any physical controls — convenient during workouts, cooking, or when hands are occupied. Remote music control, camera shutter, and Find My Phone are included smart utilities rounding out the feature set.

Always-On Display

The Noise Vertex Plus uses a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a 466×466 pixel resolution — a high resolution count that delivers a pixel density of approximately 326 PPI on a round dial. Text, health stats, watch faces, and notification content all render with excellent sharpness. This is a notably higher PPI than the standard 240×284 found on most square-dial watches at this price tier.

AMOLED technology enables true blacks, an infinite contrast ratio, and selective pixel lighting — which makes Always-On Display (AOD) power-efficient. With AOD enabled, the time and key watch face elements remain visible without waking the full screen. Super-thin bezels around the round dial contribute to the premium aesthetic, making the watch face appear larger than the stated 1.43 inches. Watch face variety is managed through 100+ cloud-based options in the NoiseFit App.

Battery Life

7 Days
Typical use (Noise claim)
~1 Day
Heavy BT calling use
30 Days
Standby time
~2 Hours
Full charge · Magnetic cable

The Vertex Plus is rated at up to 7 days of typical use from its 300 mAh battery, with a standby time of up to 30 days. For users who keep health tracking on and limit heavy calling, 5–7 days between charges is the realistic expectation. As with other Noise BT calling watches, heavy Bluetooth calling will reduce battery life to approximately 1 day — this is a segment-wide trade-off when using the built-in speaker frequently.

The watch charges magnetically via the included cable in approximately 2 hours. As with all Noise smartwatches, fast-charging adapters should be avoided — use a standard low-wattage USB charger or a laptop USB port to protect battery longevity. Disabling AOD and turning off continuous heart rate monitoring are the two best battery-saving measures if you need to stretch beyond 7 days.

Water Resistance

IP68
Water resistance rating
1.5 Metres
Up to 30 minutes submersion
Sweat ✔
Gym, rain & outdoor safe
Splash / Pool ✔
Static water — not high-pressure swim

The Noise Vertex Plus carries an IP68 water resistance rating — dust-tight and rated for continuous submersion in up to 1.5 metres of still water for 30 minutes. This covers all everyday use cases: gym sessions, rain, handwashing, and casual pool use. A dedicated swimming sports mode is available, making lap tracking possible in still pool water.

Note that IP68 is a static pressure test; the metal bracelet strap is also to be considered — metal bracelets can retain water between links, and drying the bracelet after pool use is recommended to prevent mineral deposits over time. For intensive swim tracking (open water, high-pressure showers, diving), a 5 ATM-rated watch is more appropriate. For casual daily life, the IP68 protection on the Vertex Plus is more than sufficient.

iOS & Android Compatibility

Android 9.0+
Full feature support
iOS 11.0+
Full feature support
NoiseFit App
Free · Google Play & App Store
Bluetooth 5.3
Single-chip · TruSync™ technology

The Noise Vertex Plus is compatible with Android 9.0 and above and iOS 11.0 and above. The NoiseFit App is the central hub for health data management, watch face downloads (100+ cloud-based), fitness challenge participation, and notification configuration. Both Android and iOS offer equivalent feature sets — BT calling, health sync, quick replies, and smart controls all work the same across platforms.

Notification mirroring for third-party apps (WhatsApp, Instagram, Gmail, etc.) requires the NoiseFit App to remain active in the background. On Android devices with aggressive battery optimisation, background app restrictions may need to be disabled in system settings for uninterrupted notification delivery. Sleep data is stored on the watch and syncs to the app upon reconnection — overnight data is not lost if the phone is disconnected during sleep.

Health & Wellness — Noise Health Suite

❤️ Heart Rate Monitor 🩸 SpO₂ Monitor 😴 Sleep Monitor 😤 Stress Measurement 🧘 Breathing Practice 👣 Step Tracker 🔥 Calories Burned 📏 Distance Travelled 📋 Activity History 👩 Female Cycle Tracker

The Noise Health Suite on the Vertex Plus covers the full range of standard wellness tracking: continuous or on-demand heart rate monitoring, SpO₂ blood oxygen tracking, sleep analysis, stress measurement via HRV, step counting, calorie burn estimates, and distance tracking. Sleep data includes stage breakdowns (light, deep, REM), giving a detailed picture of overnight recovery quality. Guided breathing exercises are available directly on the watch for on-demand stress relief.

All health data syncs to the NoiseFit App where weekly trends, monthly summaries, and activity history are visualised. Female cycle tracking is included for menstrual health monitoring. Health metric accuracy is segment-standard: heart rate is reliable for fitness trends; SpO₂ is useful as a general indicator but should not be relied upon for medical readings; calorie and distance estimates may vary slightly from GPS reference devices.

Continuous heart rate monitoring has the most significant impact on battery life. Users who want to maximise battery duration can switch to manual-only HR measurement and disable AOD — in this configuration the Vertex Plus can approach its 30-day standby claim in low-activity use. For most active users, continuous HR with AOD on will yield 5–7 days of practical battery life.

Verdict

✅ What We Like
+Rotating crown navigation — a rare feature at this price; provides tactile, precise menu control that touchscreen-only watches can't match
+AMOLED 466×466 px + AOD — sharp, high-resolution round dial with Always-On Display; premium visual experience at a mid-range price
+Metal link bracelet + stainless steel case — genuinely premium construction; looks like a traditional analog watch at a glance
+TruSync BT 5.3 calling + Quick Replies — comprehensive communication suite; Bluetooth 5.3 for stable, efficient calling
+Smart gesture controls — double-tap, palm-to-sleep alongside the crown gives multiple interaction options
+IP68 — fully protected for daily life, gym, and casual pool use
+30-day standby — impressive low-power mode for light users
⚠️ Things to Know
Battery drops sharply with heavy BT calling — same ~1-day limitation seen across Noise's BT calling watches; frequent callers must plan daily charging
No built-in GPS — relies on phone connection for route tracking; reduces independence for outdoor athletes
No VO2 Max or HRV — advanced health analytics absent at this price point
No fast-charging support — must use standard low-power charger; high-wattage adapters may damage the battery over time
Metal bracelet requires maintenance — link bracelets can collect water and debris; regular cleaning recommended, especially after pool or gym use
Peak brightness not specified — unlike the Halo Plus (550 nits), Noise does not publish a nits figure for the Vertex Plus display
Bottom Line

The Noise Vertex Plus is the right watch for someone who wants a premium round-dial AMOLED smartwatch with a rotating crown and metal bracelet — combining the tactile navigation of a traditional watch with modern BT calling, quick replies, and health tracking. The combination of a rotating crown, 466×466 px AMOLED with AOD, and stainless steel build is genuinely distinctive at its price tier. The key trade-offs are the sharp battery drop with heavy calling use and the absence of GPS and advanced health metrics. Choose the Vertex Plus if the rotating crown and metal bracelet aesthetic are priorities. Consider the NoiseFit Halo Plus if you want a slightly larger 1.46" Super AMOLED with confirmed 550-nit brightness. Consider the Titan Crest if budget extends to a more premium Titan-backed smartwatch with enhanced build quality.
