Key Features
Display
The Titan Heritage uses a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a 466×466 pixel resolution (~326 PPI). AMOLED's per-pixel lighting enables rich colour, true blacks, and efficient Always-On Display. The circular format and thin-bezel design give the Heritage the proportional appearance of a traditional analog dial — watch faces are curated specifically to reinforce this heritage aesthetic, with classic hour markers, slim hands, and refined typography.
The display glass is mineral crystal — providing good everyday scratch resistance. While not as hard as the sapphire crystal on the Titan Crest, mineral glass handles daily wear well and is significantly more impact-resistant than sapphire. The Heritage's watch faces are a particular highlight: Titan's design team has produced faces that closely mimic the look of Titan's own classic analog watch dials, completing the illusion of a traditional timepiece for casual observers.
Battery Life
The Heritage offers up to 7 days of typical use with a 20-day standby mode. For the Heritage's primary user — someone wearing it as a daily professional watch with health tracking and occasional BT calls — 5–7 days between charges is realistic. Disabling AOD and reducing continuous health monitoring frequency will push battery life toward the upper end of that range.
As with all BT calling smartwatches, heavy call use will reduce battery significantly to approximately 1–2 days. The Heritage charges via magnetic cable in approximately 2 hours. Standard low-wattage chargers or laptop USB ports are recommended — high-wattage fast chargers should be avoided to protect long-term battery health.
Water Resistance
The Titan Heritage carries an IP67 water resistance rating — dust-tight and rated for submersion in up to 1 metre of still water for 30 minutes. This is one step below the IP68 found on the Crest and most Noise/Fastrack competitors, but it is entirely adequate for the Heritage's intended use case: the watch handles sweat, rain, and handwashing without any concern.
The leather strap warrants specific attention: genuine leather is not suited to prolonged water exposure. Regular immersion in water — swimming, long rain exposure, or sweaty gym sessions — will accelerate leather ageing and may cause cracking or discolouration over time. For gym or outdoor use, Titan includes (or separately sells) a silicone or rubber strap variant that can be swapped in. The 22mm interchangeable strap system makes switching between the leather dress strap and a sport strap quick and straightforward.
iOS & Android Compatibility
The Heritage is compatible with Android 5.0+ and iOS 10.0+. The free Titan Smart App manages health data, watch face selection, notification preferences, and activity history. The Titan Smart App is widely regarded as one of the better-designed companion apps in the Indian smartwatch segment — clean, organised, and more intuitive than the NoiseFit or Reflex apps.
All smart features — BT calling, notification mirroring (WhatsApp, Outlook, Gmail, social apps), remote music control, and health syncing — work equivalently on both Android and iOS. Titan's physical retail network (Titan World, Helios, World of Titan) provides a significant after-sales advantage for Heritage buyers who prefer in-person support.
Health & Wellness Features
The Heritage delivers Titan's complete health monitoring suite: 24/7 heart rate tracking, SpO₂ blood oxygen, multi-stage sleep analysis (light, deep, REM), stress monitoring via HRV, step counting, calorie burn estimates, and distance tracking. The Titan Smart app's Health Score feature synthesises these metrics into a single daily wellness index, making it easy to track overall health trends without parsing multiple individual data streams. Guided breathing exercises are available for on-demand stress relief.
Female cycle tracking is included for menstrual health monitoring. All health data is visualised in the Titan Smart app with daily, weekly, and monthly trend views. Health sensor accuracy is consistent with the segment standard — reliable for lifestyle and wellness tracking, not suitable for clinical or diagnostic applications. The Heritage's health suite matches the Crest and Evoke 2 in depth, with the overall experience differentiated by the Titan Smart app's superior UX rather than sensor differences.

Verdict
The Titan Heritage is the right watch for someone who wants a smartwatch that genuinely looks like a traditional dress watch — with a genuine leather strap, round AMOLED dial, and Titan's analog heritage built into the design language. It is the most appropriate Titan smartwatch for formal, social, and professional settings where a sporty or metallic smartwatch would feel out of place. The trade-offs are the IP67 rating (vs IP68 elsewhere in the range) and the leather strap's sensitivity to prolonged moisture. Choose the Heritage if the leather strap and traditional aesthetic are priorities. Consider the Titan Crest if you want sapphire glass and a metal bracelet with the same premium positioning. Consider the Titan Evoke 2 if you want a sporty AMOLED build with more fitness-focused features.
