The Smart 3 is rated for up to 7 days of typical use and 20-day standby. For a professional using the watch with health monitoring active, regular notifications, AOD enabled at moderate brightness, and BT calling used for shorter daily calls, 5–7 days between charges is realistic. Disabling AOD and reducing continuous HR monitoring to periodic mode extends battery further, and 20-day standby covers extended travel without charger access.

Heavy BT calling reduces battery to approximately 1–2 days — the standard trade-off across all BT calling smartwatches. Bluetooth 5.1's improved connection efficiency compared to BT 5.0 provides a marginal battery improvement during calling sessions. Bluetooth 5.1 provides reliable pairing with improved connection stability and marginally better power efficiency compared to BT 5.0. All features — calling, health sync, notifications, and smart controls — work equivalently on Android and iOS.
